Voran Group Ventures announces equity investment from Clear North Capital to accelerate growth of health and hygiene offering

We are thrilled to announce Voran Group Ventures (“Voran”) has secured an equity investment from Clear North Capital.  The Board of Directors is also pleased to welcome Cody Church, Founder and CEO of Clear North Capital, as a Director.

Voran is a Canadian consumer goods manufacturer of technology-forward health & hygiene products. Through this round, the company will expand their investment in market access initiatives and further improve supply chain efficiencies. With global supply chain disruption continuing to disrupt access to critical PPE, the company is focusing on increasing distribution across Canada for a leading disinfectant cleaner, Bacoban.
